Do you have clients using Apple Photos?
Do you need to upgrade old iPhoto libraries and sync clients’ devices through iCloud?
Are you and your clients struggling to organize within the Apple Ecosystem?
If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, or if “Apple” is a part of your daily conversation, then this course is for you!
Photo Organizing Using Mac Photos and iCloud Photo Library is the first online course designed for professional photo organizers to offer step-by-step instruction and in-depth explanations of the Apple Photos ecosystem. Created by two Apple Photos experts with over fifty years of combined Apple experience, this course offers a fresh perspective of Photos as an elegant and forward-thinking tool for photo organizers. One that minimizes impact and benefits the client experience in ways not possible with any other system.
Presented in a fun, conversational way, these lessons provide a clear roadmap through the Photos ecosystem that will help you leverage the power of the software to connect with a whole new client base. You will learn how to find the perfect client fit for this system, navigate the ecosystem with confidence, and better manage your time through remote access to your client libraries.
The content Jenny and Paul share in this course have opened an enormous door for my business. Now I have the information, tools, and confidence to help my Mac clients get their photos organized within the Photos/iCloud ecosystem, in a short amount of time, most of which I can do remotely from my home office. Before learning this system, I was hesitant to take on Mac clients; now I want everyone who calls me to have a Mac!

What you will learn with this course
1. Who is the right client?
A good candidate requires more than just an iPhone and a Mac. We teach you how to identify clients who are a great fit and what you need to service them successfully.
2. How does the Photos ecosystem work?
Apple sells a complete user experience that is dependent upon proper setup and use. You will learn how to evaluate and tune the devices so that your client gets both the experience Apple intends and the photo organization your clients hire you for.
3. Preparing, merging, organizing, and delivery.
We share a step-by-step blueprint for photo organizing within the Apple Photos ecosystem. From the initial phone consultation through the client meeting and how to organize remotely, at your convenience. You get downloadable forms to help guide your workflow.
4. Jargon, navigation, and alerts.
Apple has its own language and way of getting around. Using over 7 hours of video we show you both the basic iOS and macOS layouts and settings locations, as well as tips and tricks that we’ve learned over years of experience. We explain the most common alerts and point out time-saving steps in the workflow.
5. Creating ongoing revenue
Being able to support your clients’ photo organizing in a convenient, remote way makes routine updates and additions a more practical and cost-effective offering. From routine photo maintenance to major projects, you will learn ways to leverage the Photos ecosystem and become a valued advisor and partner to the people you serve.
In addition to providing a comprehensive workflow, I loved Jenny and Paul’s easy-to-follow demonstrations that showed specific steps such as what settings to use when creating a new user, de-duplicating, and repairing and merging iPhoto and Photos libraries. The lessons on additional revenue opportunities were also extremely beneficial to me; I’m now armed with many new ideas of how I can serve my Mac clients even after the initial organizing is done.
